► Returns : The following types of items are non-refundable: personalized items, made to measure or made to order according to your specific needs as provided for in paragraphs 1 and 2 of Legislative Decree no. 185 (May 22, 1999) for the purchase of goods made to measure or clearly personalized. For everything else, you can return your order for any reason, without explanation, within 14 days of receipt. You must notify us of the return, prior to shipment, to qualify for a refund. Contact me via the contact form or by e-mail to declare your intention to return. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition to avoid a reduced refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and tracking is recommended. Original shipping is refundable to customers in the EU only, otherwise the original shipping will not be refunded unless there is an error. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the item.

 

►Payment: We accept PayPal, credit cards through PayPal payment, credit cards. All additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.

********* VERY IMPORTANT ********* If you are a customer outside the European Community, you may be asked to pay additional customs duties or import taxes on delivery, according to the laws of your country. Please specify if you are a private customer or an entrepreneur when placing an order. If this information is not specified we will consider you a private customer by default.

 

►Invoice
The invoice must be requested at the time of the order with the exact indication in the notes of the tax data of the VAT number and tax code. If the invoice is not requested at the time of the order it cannot be requested later.

 

► Transportation
The Iron Ring will deliver the goods to you by UPS express courier or with Italian mail service, at the address you indicated on the order form, the cost it depends on the weight of the items.
Delivery will take place within seven working days from the moment of receipt of payment for the goods ready for delivery. For custom orders, time may vary, we recommend that you contact us prior to purchase if you have any special deadlines. 
Any delays in delivery of the goods are not attributable to The Iron Ring as they are subject to services offered by third parties.

 

►Telephone number
It is always important to enter a telephone number (possibly mobile) in the order form, both for any communications from our company, and to facilitate the work of the courier in charge of delivery.

 

► Processing of personal data / privacy
The iron ring informs customers that the processing of the data released will be carried out in compliance with art. 10 Law 675/96 reported below:
10.1 Law 31.12.96 n. 675 Protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data, published in the Official Gazette no. 5 of 8 January 1997 - Ordinary Supplement n. 3
10.2 Art. 13 - Rights of the interested party In relation to the processing of personal data, the interested party has the right:
10.3 to know, through free access to the register referred to in article 31, paragraph 1, letter a), of the existence of data processing that may concern him;
10.4 to be informed of what is indicated in article 7, paragraph 4, letters a), b) and h);
10.5 to obtain, from the owner or manager, without delay:
10.6 confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and communication in an intelligible form of the same data and their origin, as well as the logic and purposes on which the processing is based;
10.7 the request can be renewed, unless there are justified reasons, with an interval of not less than ninety days;
10.8 the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data which need not be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
10.9 updating, rectification or, if interested, integration of data;
10.10 the attestation that the operations referred to in numbers 2) and 3) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment is proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right; to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
10.11 to object, in whole or in part, to the processing of personal data concerning him, provided for the purpose of commercial information or sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or interactive commercial communication and be informed by the owner, no later than the moment in which the data are communicated or disseminated, of the possibility of exercising this right free of charge.
10.12 For each request referred to in paragraph 1, letter c), number 1), the interested party may be asked, if the existence of data concerning him or her is not confirmed, a fee, not exceeding the costs actually incurred, according to the methods and within the limits established by the regulation referred to in article 33, paragraph 3.
10.13 The rights referred to in paragraph 1 referring to personal data concerning deceased persons can be exercised by anyone who has an interest in them.
10.14 In exercising the rights referred to in paragraph 1, the interested party may confer, in writing, a delegation or proxy to individuals or associations.
10.15 The rules on the professional secrecy of journalists remain in force, limited to the source of the news.
